Inauguration of the first Helio pilot farm for 100% autonomous drinking water production in St Raphaël

On October 24, 2022, the HELIO pilot farm for producing drinking water from seawater using only renewable energy was inaugurated. Operating on the principle of solar distillation, HELIO treats all types of water. Hosted by the City of Saint-Raphaël and the CAVEM (Communauté d'Agglomération Var Estérel Méditerranée), the HELIO pilot farm is located in the Old Port of Saint-Raphaël until December.
